I feel fortunate that I found a career that I really enjoy. I love designing and find myself doing this in my free time. I volunteer designs to our elementary school, my daughter's cheer team and to the Girl Scouts when I can. It is easy and natural to me whether I am designing modern layouts for international products, doing simple production work or making fun t-shirt designs.
Currently I am working as a Freelance designer. I am designing packaging and labels for Formulary55. I assist in production of these product as well. For many years, I worked with for PartyLite Gifts. I gave them graphic support on packaging, labels and all other print needs for both domestic and international projects. I managed deadlines and proofing with outside vendors. Once projects were completed, I organized an archival system with completed files, die lines and templates. I also work on Spirit Wear and banners for our elementary school and I have created logos, event fliers, posters, advertisements, business cards and other marketing materials for various other companies. I correspond with vendors during the proofing process to ensure the projects are completed correctly.
